Participants may bring their own mat for any class. Five minutes prior to class if you are not on your bike it will become first come first serve. You may call your local branch during business hours to reserve your spot for a class up to 75 hours in advance.

Instructors coach you and you choose your intensity based on how much resistance you choose. Cycle passes are issued at the front desk. Get ready for the ride of your life!

Classes are held with dynamic music that creates an energized atmosphere. Music will make the time fly, and you will feel great working up a sweat! Complete the challenge using a fitness center bike, your own bike outdoors, or crank it up in our new les mills virtual.

This workout is performed on stationary bicycles. Filter options to find the class you want. This cycling class is designed for members ages 50 & up.

We strongly recommend you reserve your bike a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Your tag will identify which machine you’ll use in class.
